What We Heard

In your words, and between the lines.

“We need to run our marketing on AI... change our operating model completely.”
CEO mandate, phData
“Nobody really blew our socks off... no one came with a different way of thinking.”
Miz, VP Marketing
“How do we communicate to a CIO, not just a technical group?”
On repositioning phData

The Situation

The technical credibility is unquestionable. But the brand hasn’t kept pace with the ambition. You need to show up at June with a new narrative, a look that speaks to CIOs, and an agency partner that thinks differently. Every agency you’ve met has shown you the same thing. We’re here to change that.

The Three Tensions

Scale vs. Resources
2–9

2–9 marketers supporting 900+ employees. That ratio is unsustainable without a fundamentally different operating model.

Technical Depth vs. Executive Reach
900+

phData’s brand is credible with engineers but invisible to the C-level executives who make purchasing decisions. The messaging needs a compelling hook that speaks to the transformative power of the work.

Credibility vs. Buy-In
1st Agency

phData has never hired a branding agency. The board is questioning whether a visual lift is worth the investment. Marketing needs to prove that brand isn’t a distraction from execution. It’s the lever that enables scale and makes execution land.

Brand Strategy & Visual Identity

From technical implementer to strategic architect.

The Narrative Shift

Success in the AI era is no longer about “knowing data.” It is about the speed at which data is activated into autonomous business decisions. A New Website for a New phData

The platform that proves the intelligence era has a new architect.

phData is shifting from Snowflake implementation partner to intelligence platform builder. The website needs to make that visible on contact.

Today, phdata.io is WordPress on Elementor. One part-time developer, 250+ pages of technical content, and a team that doesn’t send prospects to it. It’s documentation, not a sales tool.

The new site needs to do what phData does for its clients: take raw complexity and make it contextually intelligent. A CIO lands after a conference conversation and sees a strategic partner, not a vendor. A CTO sees interactive proof of data expertise, not a wall of text describing it. Every interaction proves that a cutting-edge, contextually savvy data company has arrived.

That starts with the right platform, the right architecture, and a few decisions we need to make together.

The Platform Shift: WordPress → Statamic

We’re recommending a move from WordPress/Elementor to Statamic CMS. Here’s why this matters for an AI company:

Built-in compliance

GDPR, CCPA, and ADA standards are native, not bolted on through plugins. For a company selling to the Global 2000, this isn’t optional.

Zero plugin risk

WordPress security is only as good as its worst plugin developer. The average WordPress site runs 8–20 plugins. Statamic eliminates this dependency entirely.

Speed for your team

Your web developer stops fighting plugin conflicts and starts managing an intelligent content system. Simple changes happen in minutes, not days.

AI-native architecture

Statamic integrates directly with Claude and other AI tools, enabling content suggestions, automated drafts, asset pulling, and publish date scheduling, all within the CMS.

What We Need to Figure Out Together

The website scope depends on decisions we’ll make together in discovery. We’re not going to hand you a fixed spec before we understand:

01
Content Architecture
How do we trim from 50–60 informational pages to ~10 focused, high-impact pages? What happens to the blog archive?
02
CRM Integration
HubSpot or Salesforce? What are the form and lead capture requirements?
03
Personalization Depth
How far do we go with behavioral recommendations and geo-targeting in the first build?
04
SEO Strategy
How do we manage the transition without losing organic authority?
05
Multilingual Requirements
Any international market considerations?
06
Timeline vs. Scope
The June event is a hard deadline. What must be live by June vs. what can follow?

Website Tiers: What’s Possible

Below is an interactive calculator. Select a tier to see what’s included and configure your investment.

Tier 1: Brochure ~$120K 8–10 Weeks

The essentials. A clean, professional site that reflects the new brand and gets phData out of the WordPress/Elementor bottleneck.

  • Redesign of 12 core marketing pages with a refreshed visual direction
  • Streamlined set of 30–40 custom content blocks, built and templated
  • Blog/news section with standard layout and basic filtering
  • Mobile-responsive, performance-optimized build with SEO foundations
  • Full CMS with editorial controls for easy page building and content management
  • Basic CSS transitions for a polished, modern feel without heavy interaction
  • Migration from WordPress/Elementor to Statamic

Design: $50–60K | Development: $45–50K

Tier 2: Foundation $160K+ 12–14 Weeks

Everything from Brochure, plus a full design system applied across the entire site, not just the homepage.

  • Solution-led navigation architecture: outcome-oriented, not service-oriented

Design: $60–80K | Development: $75–100K

Tier 3: Elevated $250K 16–20 Weeks

Everything from Foundation, plus a full motion and interactivity layer that makes the site feel like a product, not a brochure.

  • Scroll-triggered animations, micro-interactions, and animated hero sections
  • Interactive data visualizations letting phData show their expertise, not just describe it
  • Enhanced filtering and browsing UX across the blog and case study library
  • Additional interactive and animated brand moments on key marketing pages

  • AI-assisted content tools built into the CMS: topic suggestions, automated drafts, asset pulling, and publish date scheduling
  • Anonymized analytics feeding back into the content engine
  • Direct Claude integration for automated content generation with brand-compliant structure
